Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you create a TIMORA account or book an appointment through a TIMORA booking page.
The service
TIMORA provides online appointment scheduling tools for businesses. Appointments are agreements between the business and its client; TIMORA is not a party to them.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the team members you invite.
Plans and billing
The Free plan is provided at no cost with the limits shown on our pricing page. Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial refunds are issued unless required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other businesses' data, send unlawful content, or interfere with the platform's security or availability.
Your data
Businesses own their data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your clients' information and for honouring their data-protection requests. You can delete your business and all its data at any time.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TIMORA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed appointments or lost revenue.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
