Privacy Policy

How TIMORA collects, uses and protects personal data. TIMORA acts as a data processor for the businesses that use it; each business is the controller of its clients' data.

What we collect

Business owners and team members provide their name, email address and password (stored only as a salted, one-way hash). Clients who book provide their name and email address and, optionally, a phone number and notes. We record appointment details such as service, time and status.

How we use it

Only to provide scheduling: showing availability, creating and managing appointments, and sending service emails — booking confirmations, changes and cancellations, password resets and team invitations. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or send marketing emails.

Who can see it

Each business's data is isolated and only visible to that business's team, according to their role. Staff members see only their own appointments. Clients can see their own booking through a private, expiring link.

Service providers

Transactional emails are delivered by our email provider (Resend) and the application and database are hosted by our infrastructure provider. They process data only on our instructions.

Cookies

We use a single essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

Booking and client records are kept while the business account is active. Email delivery logs are deleted automatically after 180 days. Password-reset links expire after one hour and booking management links expire when the appointment ends.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit. Bookings are validated on our servers to prevent double bookings, and sensitive actions are rate limited.

Your rights

You can ask the business you booked with to access, correct or erase your data; businesses can erase a client's data from their dashboard. Business owners can permanently delete their account and all associated data in Business Settings.

Contact

For privacy questions, contact the business you booked with, or the TIMORA account owner for account matters.
